Steve Ebbert has been in the timberland, farmland, and recreational land business for over 30 years. He started the land company in 1991.
Steve turned a forestry degree from the University of Georgia into a career of managing and selling timberland and rural properties to help his clients obtain the greatest return on their investment.
He spends his free time bow hunting throughout the US and in many countries on five continents. Whether customers are buying or selling, Steve possesses the expertise necessary to provide a profitable land plan for anything from properly handling a tax-deferred exchange, to setting up the needed financing for a real estate investment either short or long term.
